Using SE techniques we explore various life milestones and how they relate to belief systems and current life experiences. In these classes we will learn our own subtle bodies and grow capacity to understand and experience our lives in new ways.

The Somatic Experience group class is designed to give insight on how your sympathetic nervous system is experiencing the world around you. Everything we hear, see, taste, touch and feel runs through this system. It is the full accumulation of who YOU are. The stories, fears and physical traumas all play a part in how you navigate your daily life. The subtle adjustment of your awareness of your own autonomic neurological system with SE, will guide you to address, redirect and heal these various types of experiences so you can have a clearer, more embodied life journey. This new found connection with the physical body can create a real platform, unlike any other, for deep and lasting change and growth.
