This self-guided hydrotherapy circuit (sauna, steam room, jacuzzi + cold plunge) will send you on a reawakening journey utilizing hot & cold hydrotherapy, followed by blissful relaxation amidst the serene backdrop of The Horse Shoe Farm.

There are two options, the PASS (one-time use) or the CLUB.
The Polar Bear Pass- $35 for a 2 hour experience
The Polar Bear Club- $120 for 4 Polar Bear Passes per person (Must be used within 30 days of purchase. Includes 15% off of retail, The Stable Spa Treatments & The Silo Cookhouse on the day you use the Pass. *non transferable).
Reservations must be made by EACH person that is attending. We require a waiver to be signed that is tied to each individual guest, so please do not sign up a group under one name, but rather have each person sign up separately. Thank You!

A 2-hour Pool House pass (sauna, steam room, jacuzzi + cold plunge)
*Please note there is a brief outdoor walk to our Pool house facility from The Stable Spa and the jacuzzi and cold plunge are outdoors.*
Hair dryer, towels & bags to hold wet items are provided in the shower facilities.
Passes are valid for the two hour allotted time only.
The pool is for use “at your own risk” so be mindful of that if you plan on using The Pool House facilities.

No! You can purchase a Polar Bear Pass without purchasing a Spa treatment.
If you book a service or treatment at The Stable Spa, you will receive a complimentary Polar Bear Pass through April 30, 2025!

The Polar Bear Club is limited to adults age 18 and over.

Treat yourself to a meal at The Silo Cookhouse!
Our QR code allows you to order lunch at the Pool House and have it delivered! The QR code is available during lunch hours (see below). You may also dine in at The Silo Cookhouse before or after your cold plunge experience! For dining in, we encourage you to make a reservation to ensure your seat at the table.
