  • Arrive and check in at The Stable Spa at 9:30 AM (remember to bring your bathing suit! Towels provided at THSF)

  • Our group will then move down to The Pool House area, where we will begin a 45 minute breath-work preparation course, in addition to education surrounding meditation & movement as part of a “pre-plunge” practice, with Nathan Shultz, of Elevate With Nate!

    • Following the course, you will not only be educated, but your body will be prepped to complete a cold plunge circuit like never before!

Full Moon's represent the completion of a cycle, and we will be gathering together to release our intentions from the last 6 months! We will first begin with a sound healing to connect to the body, and release what is no longer serving us. We will then discuss the energy for Full Moon Aquarius through the lens of Astrology and Human Design. There will be a brief overview on what Human Design is as well if you are new to the system. If time permits, we will do a sharing circle with what you are wishing to complete for this cycle. We will end our time together with Krystle, the facilitator of the circle closing out with Reiki to infuse our hearts with more love and compassion!
