In this first series of monthly Zenzero classes, we will journey together through the body's seven major chakras, identifying and releasing old beliefs and thought patterns that no longer serve who we are now and who we wish to become. By optimizing and empowering each energy center, we activate positive resource states that can flow easily and naturally in creating the life we desire.
