We’re excited to begin offering a new dining format that allows our chefs to showcase a wider variety of fresh & local offerings, and makes it easier for our guests to dine with us all the time.

Beginning in mid-march, we are going to begin offering a more a-la-carte style dinner service.
With shareable starters, choices for mains & dessert and the communal style dining room that our loyal patrons have come to love, we are thrilled to make The Silo Cookhouse experience more accessible to the community.
